2022 ICWC Annual Meeting NOTICE

The results of the 2021 Inscription Canyon Water Company Board of Directors election is here. ICWC Election 2021. Thank you to all of the candidates that ran and to all who volunteer their time..

The last rate case filed with the ACC by the ICRWUA was in 1999. The ACC is requiring us to file an updated one this year as ICRWUA, or if approved , by the new Water Company ICWC.

The Board of Directors has commissioned a Utilities CPA firm to provide estimates of what that rate case would look like, so that we can communicate rate change expectations to all of our membership and customers well in advance. Several scenarios were evaluated. Based on the accountants findings, the rates for water in our service area would increase by approximately 11.6% (after 11 years) sometime later this year.
